Creative Belfast Showcase

Belfast City Council is hosting a glittering showcase evening on Thursday 9th February to celebrate the City’s vibrant cultural and artistic life. Creative Belfast Showcase 2006 will celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of Belfast-based arts organisations and individuals. It will also show the important role culture and the arts have to play in our quality of life and in the regeneration of our city.

The Creative Showcase evening promises a fabulous extravaganza presenting a celebration of the year’s most memorable cultural highlights in Belfast. Drama; dance; literature; music; crafts; film; television & video; public art and visual arts will all be represented!

The event is to hosted by Joe Linsey and Emma Louise Johnston and Brian has been invited to perform and close the show, as well as a brief interview about his book.

Creative Belfast Showcase is a free-ticketed event and a limited number of free tickets are available for Creative Belfast Showcase 2006, (limited to 4 tickets per person, offered on a first come, first served basis).
