Hi All, Just had to let you know about the night of music at Monasterevin last night - October 20th 2006.  This was indeed one to remember!  The concert took place in the most beautiful church in Monasterevin.  The church was completely lit up with candles and it was the most unbelievable setting for a Brian Kennedy Concert.

Brian was accompanied by Mr James Blennerhassett and sang a selection of beautiful songs including, Curragh of Kildare, Raglan Road, Better Man, Crazy love/Have I Told You Lately That I Love You, The Reason We Are Here, Homebird, Turn To Me, the list goes on.... He finished with You Raise Me Up of course and what better place for this song to be sung but in a Church!!

Thanks to Joan Connolly who made this all possible and boy did she pull out all the stops! I think Brian gained a lot of new fans last night and I think his trip to Monasterevin may even become an Annual Event!  Thanks Brian and Thanks Joan for a night I will never forget!
